Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Termio ("the Application"). By downloading or using Termio, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Termio as follows:

  • Personal License (Free) — For personal, educational, and open-source use only. Use in any commercial environment or on behalf of any business or organization requires an Enterprise license.
  • Enterprise License (Paid) — Required for all commercial, corporate, and business use. Each license key covers the number of devices specified by the purchased plan. A single key may be activated on up to 2 devices (Individual plan) or more, depending on the purchased tier. Licenses are perpetual (no expiry) and per-device (not per-user).

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Application or any license key
  • Use a Personal license in a commercial or organizational context
  • Exceed the activation limit of your purchased license tier
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

3. Enterprise License Activation

Enterprise licenses are purchased through Lemon Squeezy. Activation requires a one-time internet connection to verify and bind the license key to your device. After activation, the Application operates offline. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the purchase transaction.

If you exceed the activation limit for your license, you may reset activations through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting support.

4. Updates

Updates are delivered automatically through the Microsoft Store. We reserve the right to modify features, fix bugs, and improve the Application without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
