What is the difference between Personal and Enterprise?
There is no feature difference — both plans use the identical binary. The distinction is usage rights: Personal is free for individual, student, and open-source use. Enterprise is required for any commercial or business use.
Does the Enterprise license expire?
No. Enterprise licenses are perpetual (buy once, use forever). There are no annual renewal fees, subscription charges, or time-limited keys.
How many devices can I activate one key on?
The Professional plan allows up to 3 activations per key. The Enterprise plan allows up to 5. Activations can be reset via the Lemon Squeezy portal if you replace a device.
Does Termio require an internet connection to run?
No. After initial Enterprise license activation (one-time network request to Lemon Squeezy), Termio runs entirely offline. Personal use requires no network connection at all.
Where does Termio store my data?
All application data is stored in
%APPDATA%\Termio\ (typically C:\Users\<you>\AppData\Roaming\Termio\). This includes settings, logs, TLS certificates, and the license activation record. No data is stored outside this folder or sent to external servers (except the one-time activation call).How do I request a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Please visit the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or contact Lemon Squeezy support with your order details.
